About The Founder

I grew up in a small town just North of Fargo, North Dakota. This spring, I will graduate from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and I plan to pursue my Master’s the following year. A question I’ve been asked countless times is, “Why architecture?” I’m drawn to architecture because it allows me to create and experience something lasting—a tangible piece of history that can positively impact lives. I want to build something meaningful that stands the test of time and contributes to something larger than myself.

In addition I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit, but like many, I’ve found it difficult to take the first step toward starting my own business. In the fall of 2024, I realized that if I kept making excuses and watching others pursue their dreams, I might never take action on my own. So, I took the leap—leaving my job (which was, admittedly, terrifying) and trusting that I was being led in a new direction. So, as soon as I got back from a racing trip I started, researching, creating a business plan, and getting started. I realized once I got started, that I loved this, I loved having this drive to do what I love, which is design.

The result was the creation of Moree Design. Founded on the foundation of faith, Moree represents a mindset of possibility and purpose. It’s about understanding that you don’t need to wait for the “perfect” moment or the perfect resources to start; if you have faith, you already have enough.
